Doesn't he have only 1 year left on the contract?

30m is most likely the starting price. It will go up (IF THE RUMOUR IS TRUE).

Can't see Liverpool selling Suarez at all. Speaking of which. We are going to get at least one Suarez saga every summer now aren't we?

37 mil euros... 30 mil pounds. Just the start of negotiations. And you're going to see Man U, Juve and Liverpool jump in assuming that Suarez is the one to go to Madrid. Price will reach 50 and maybe more by the time the bidding war ends.

RG... Suarez has a release clause for non EPL teams. So Madrid would just trigger it if Suarez wanted the move.

yeah pretty much. the problem of liverpool losing suarez is that they lose all relevance. I cant imagine their owner selling like u said tho, just like he did last summer, unless something was agreed when he renewed his deal.

Meh, we'd only jump in if we were wanting to sell Llorente, and tbh if we have genuine Wingers that'd be a bad idea. I want to see this man exploit scrubs in the air going after proper crosses.

Well Suarez new contract has a 120m buyout clause now that they finished in the CL right? And would have been 80 if they didn't

So, I guess Madrid could have him but they'd have to activate that clause... I just can't see them doing that

Suarez himself said today, as far he's aware there's no clause in his contract at all.

Have you not been paying attention to us? We paid 100 million for Bale ffs. Assuming we get 50 million for Benz and another 20-25 million for either Marcelo or Coentrao (one will leave imo)... that's already 75 million in. We can spend 100-150 million net outflows if we wanted to in the summer. It's not even an issue. By making the CL Final, we just made 60+ mil from this CL season minimum.

no one knows tbh, spanish press saying 70 mil, so everyone has his number.

@urban, did you expect suarez to say, yes i have a clause but i cant tell u? no u deny everything.
