You're a troll who's anti-Chelsea in his sleep and at 25% warning level. I won't even bother given you a decent reply. Stay hurt.che wrote:Blue Barrett wrote:

see, having money lets you buy things, and having more money than others lets you buy better things than others... now if you buy four times more expensive things than others, you should be able to outperform them without resorting to cheap tactics... i know chelsea fans aren't the brightest bunch but this really shouldn't be a difficult concept to wrap your head around

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
It's not the defending that people are criticising, it's the manner of which Chelsea went about achieving the result, if you wanna call it like that. It was the most negative footballing match I have seen for the season. No forward, positive play. Just hopeful long balls to Torres, who surprisingly, did decent enough.
Not that I am a fan of Chelsea but I expected better from them.

I thought winning the CL in 2012 would prove to you lot that we really couldn't give a flying *bleep* about what you think of how we get results? I guess not. You're entitled to your opinions anyway

you can't give me a decent reply because your argument is utter shite lol
in any case, why would i be hurt? you think a valencia fan would ever want atletico to win anything? i just made 150 quid because your team embodied shit on a stick, i am in fact quite happy

Please, Madrid fans criticised Mourinho, United fans criticised Moyes, it seems Chelsea fans never ever criticise Mourinho. Both on this forum and irl.
Oh come on. You're comparing Madrid and United to Chelsea.
Chelsea are a 'new' team when it comes to this sustained success in Europe business.
What do you mean by new team
they are seasoned regular at this level and have recently won the thing.

They should be more upset by this performance than neutrals are. But instead they defend it because they have no dignity. Justice will be served in the second leg.
no dignity lol
It is always better to play a semi-final parking the bus than watching it the tv .
It 's a tactics, hateful for a neutral fan of course becaue neutral fan want the entertainment, but it's a tactics,
I would sign to be in same situation between 2 years. But I am sincere.

By new, I mean, historically wise.
I mean they have no real European history to say, "look what we did back then, look how we played when we won this cup, look at our historic matches with X team across the continent".
The Chelsea fans just want success, they are still trying to build a historic identity in Europe.
That's what I mean by new.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
Argument? What argument?
My team is in the CL semi-final with a chance to be in a third straight European final. You think I give a *bleep* what argument anyone is making? I'm simply pointing out that, again, I(nor any Chelsea fan) do not give a flying *bleep* what you think. There's a reason most of you are neutrals in the semi-finals. Next time pray your team makes it this far.

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
Only Chelsea fans will defend this kind of boring/lifeless football they played tonight, they made even Atletico look like a progressive attacking team despite having a richer squad, which means having the opportunity to really school any kind of opposition, a thing which all the other richer clubs try to do. Chelsea didn't attempt that tonight.
This is not a bad result for Atletico anyway, they need to score a goal at Stamford Bridge, which POSSIBLY could force Chelsea to play a more open game and make this fixture somewhat entertaining.

no I don't like the partisanship
Weren't you glad when Allegri played in this way with Barcellona going close to eliminate them?
Why a Chelsea fan hasn't dignity after today? Why they are going to play another semi-final CL , it was better to lose 4-0 Zeman-esque considering the absences today ?
A Chelsea fan should be sad to win another CL as 2012?
A normal fan should be sad to see his club to win in this way?
Being sad to win ?
It doesn't exist.
Of course a neutral fan has hated this match. It was one of worst match ever seen. I don't have seen it whole and I saw even Crystal Palace-West Ham United for 1 hour.

These are the same bunch that STILL have a go at City when they lose playing how the "neutrals" want it. Rather win the thing playing how the gaffer sees best.
If we lost parking the bus, then obviously I'd criticize it to no ends. But we're in a very good position yet you lot still want me to criticize the team. Can't win with you people.

Your team played extremely shit and negative football. People are just pointing that out and disagree with Mou's tactics. Simple as that.

Yeah they're also pointing out that Chelsea fans should join them in condemning the whole thing. Go elsewhere with that.EarlyPrototype wrote:Blue Barrett wrote:Argument? What argument?

Re: Atletico Madrid vs Chelsea - First Leg
Funny thing is, I don't actually think it was a "good result", but it wasn't bad. I wanted an away goal somehow, even if it was a score draw but I guess we'd have to settle for this. What is just funny to me is how almost everyone else jumps on it as if its the end of the world. I've seen the movie before.izzy wrote:Blue Barrett wrote:
