That should have been a pen there. Sakho didnt touch the ball. If that was the other end, it would have been a pen to the team in red. typical

Dzeko was clearly looking for the pen. Jumps over Sakho, then realizes he can get a spot kick and tries to initiate contact, followed with a comical fall and tumble

@ Red: If there was contact it would be a penalty no question. But Dzeko ran into Sakho to try n get the penalty right infront of the ref.

No pen. Yes, Sakho got none of the ball, but he got none of Dzeko either UNTIL Dzeko realized what was going on and trailed a leg onto Sakho so as to initiate contact

would've been a pen if Dzeko had reacted differently.

Arguably it's a foul even if Dzeko jumps over the challenge, as Sakho makes a wild swing into nowhere and hinders Dzeko from reaching the ball with that.

Dzeko however jumps over him and then makes a terribly acted dive as he realizes that he actually has a case of having been fouled an instant earlier.

Well, that's how it goes, not a big deal.
