The man has been flawless this season.Under Rafa he was also great as a RB.Easily the best young fullback in the world and should be a starter in Brazil.

I could play fullback next to terry. He is so tucked in it's unbelievable. He can't play like that in proper attacking expansive side, but a great fit for this Mourinho team.

He needs to improve offensively but defensively he's nearly unbeatable. The only player that's really embarrassed him this season was Sterling but he shut him down for the remainder of the game.

He wont be able to do much offensively because he doesnt have a left foot, but he carries the ball well to the forwards and is always available for a pass.

Defensively he has been a beast, very hard to get past this guy. Would love to see how he does against Robben and Co or against Bale etc

He's so solid. Probably as he isn't as flashy as someone like Baines going forward, he's somewhat underrated but he's a beast.

Eh? Cole definitely can its just he got injured and Azpi impressed so much he stayed in the line up.

Cole isn't playing because he was bad, he's not playing because Azpi is playing ridiculously well and it would be ludicrous to drop him.

I wouldn't call this form as Azpi when actually fit has been performing like this for over five years now. He does have a left foot as displayed by his Marseille days so as long as he is allocated an overlap partner.

Best fullback in the Premiership.

guaranteed starter for the WC. Wouldn't Carvajal be better than Alba ? and play Azpilicueta on the left ? that scrub has no place in the NT

Said it last year how good he is defensively. Only Gil listened and jumped on the train.

Him and Gibbs have been the best fullbacks in the PL this season.

I don't watch much Barca but Alba was very good against City. I'd be playing Alba left and Azpi right.
