Lex Luthor leaves some voicemails on Wayne Tower. He wants to buy their Applied Science Division. There are also people from Central City and Star City in the game. A person working for Queen Industries appear too.

Also my major complaint of this game is no boss fights. Arkham Origins had the best boss fights of the series (Deathstroke and Bane fights :bow:

) and now we have none! The Batmobile battles were fine but completely scrapping boss fights does not sit well with me. Replacing boss fights with Batmobile smh.

Pretty sure no one from Rocksteady played Arkham Origins Laughing

None of the gameplay elements made it to Arkham Knight. Countering enemies, GOAT boss fights, fast travel. At least the story is canon. The events are referenced a lot in the game and you can find stuff from the game in the evidence room of GCPD.

No one on one boss fights against any villains. For instance you fight someone who is driving a tank with your Batmobile, clear the room of all other enemies then grapple up to the point the supervillain is hiding, stuff like that.

My top 5 boss fights of the series.

Bane (firstone)- Arkham Origins
Deathstroke- Arkham Origins
Mr Freeze- Arkham City
Poison Ivy- Arkham Asylum
Solomon Grundy and Penguin- Arkham City

It's a great game, no doubt worth buying. I rate it as high as Arkham Asylum. Asylum was the first so I got a soft spot for it.

I loved Asylum because of the Metroidvania type feel it had, the sequels have gone away from that even if it's improved in other areas.

In Asylum Bane, Scarecrow, and Titan Joker were joke boss battles Laughing

In City Mr Freeze was the best boss battle and the best one out of the series IMO, Solomon Grundy was legit also, rest was forgettable

Origins had Deathstroke, which was great as well

Anyways, i'm not too bothered by it, i personally enjoyed AK a lot, especially the Batmobile sections (despite the criticisms it gets)

The way Jibers feels about GOAT lists is how i feel about Arkham games Laughing

Each one does things better or worse than the other, i can't really out right seperate them. I can really make an argument for Origins as much as i can for Asylum and City.
