Spurs spend £120m in the summer and not one of them in the starting line up against Chelsea. That's a slap in the face for Andre Villas-Boas.

So Moyes will play with Smalling (and not Vidic) also against Suarez-Sturridge?
I have doubts tbh

Very balanced this Chelsea-Tottenham

Sherwood put out 3 CB's, 2 outside backs, and 2 DM's (I count Bentaleb more as a DM than CM).

The only offensive players he has out there are Siggy, Lennon and Adebayor Laughing and Lennon's job today has been more about harassing than attacking.

Chelsea on the other hand don't have their best team out and have never been pretty.

Gonna miss the second half and I won't even mind it.

I wouldn't be surprised if he does. Time for us to bed in our future cb to these games. Vidic, I think, will be now used sparingly till the end of the season.

This...this is why I never bother to watch Chelsea play unless they're playing a top 5 team in the PL.

With the exception of my team, they are the dullest 'top' team to watch in the PL.

I agree with this direction , it's the best thing for Manchester United but.....but on Sunday it is not a match as others, it is The match , probably the only match with sense in this PL for United ... so relatively to this Sunday (and also for Olimpiakos)  I've doubts ... we'll see

Tottenham just haven't got a clue how to get the best out of their squad. AVB couldn't do it, Sherwood has gone the easy way by choosing his players by heart rather than brain... and that's his problem. He's tactically inept.

However, Chelsea have been fantastic at home and continue to be that. Credit to them as well.

Wouldn't call Chelsea fantastic, they're winning because of a blooper and a penalty that should have never been. Up until this point a draw seemed deserved.

But oh well, luck is an important part of football.

Fantastic at home this season, 13-2-0. Not in this game nor in every home game this season... but then again that record at home is fantastic.
