Re: La Liga 2013/14 Discussion Mk. 2
Yeah, my boy McAgger is a Liverpool fan who just so happens to genuinely like RM. Nothing wrong in that.
Ronaldo red was not harsh at all, you put your hand in another player's face like he did and you are gonna get yourself in real trouble. Though I thought the guy who "head butted" him probably deserved the same fate.
Um, Sevilla and Valencia are scizo, I'm sure of this.

you're joking right? sure the bilbao player sold it, but ronaldo literally scratched his face for god's sake... as far as i'm concerned acting like an angry 14-year old girl should definitely be worthy of a red card
You knobhead.. how about after that where he got headbutted? I don't see you talking about that because as usual per se you're another hater who thinks hes super damn smart. and neither should have been red cards, you euro pusies always make a meal out of anything
You guys are incredible. There should have been no cards there ffs. CR didn't drop him sharkishea style.
So it shows clearly in that gif that ronaldo was provoked first, YET he deserved the red card? he barely touched the guy COME FKING ON

Ronaldo's theatrics and diving have got plenty of players seeing red unjustly.
It is hard to sympathise when his disgusting tactics have been used against him here.

Did you ever see him play in England?
See him in the 3rd place WC match in 2006 trying to get German players sent off?
See him against Juventus last year?
Remember his current team mate Modric criticising him a few years back for theatrics?
Do you have dogshit in your eyes, son?

"Did you ever see him play in England?"
sure I did, and while he was at fault for simulation at times, I don't remember numerous specific instances where he deliberately and consistently tried to send players off
"See him in the 3rd place WC match in 2006 trying to get German players sent off?"
Dude, that was almost 10 years ago, and as I recently watched most of the wc games again, no, he didn't.
yeah i saw him against juventus last year. I saw a well known thug in chellini thinking he can get away with a punch in the face
"Remember his current team mate Modric criticising him a few years back for theatrics?"
wtf does this have to do with anything
"Do you have dogshit in your eyes, son?"
mods you can deal with this garbage. He is walking a tight rope at 25%

Denying this invalidates your argument.
Cute touch by Ronaldo to stare at the ref whilst clutching his leg attempting to gain and advantage and get a player sent off in what was a meaningless game.
Oh, and of course there was the Rooney incident, which I'm sure you will try and deny too.

Re: La Liga 2013/14 Discussion Mk. 2
How dare someone say anything bad about the saint CR?
Anyways, the card was not harsh. You slap someone in the face = out. It was not unintentional. It is a sign of aggression.
And yes the refs in Spain are crap, but so is football federation which will remove CR 2 match ban like it did many times for RM player for doing even more stupid stunts. Enjoy!

Re: La Liga 2013/14 Discussion Mk. 2
I thought the match was played well until the penalty decisions. Sure, Atlético were the better team but it is expected since it was at the Calderón as well. But I think at least one of these calls should have been given in our favour:Arquitescu wrote:Pippo, the game was nowhere near reflective of what represented La Real's performance. Huge disappointment in C.Martinez and the midfield as a whole who succumbed to Atletico's bait as individual mistakes weren't bad enough as it is.
Jagoba pisses me off when he retreats to defensive shell which has been proven to be the bane of Sociedad's game, reminiscent of the early season performances.
Difference was that Atletico were dead clinical while La Real struggled to finish some of their chances.
Zurutuza needs more protection and he cannot be used in this pathetic defensive role. Placing Xabi outwide also is an obsolete move.
Or the more harsh:
The first one is very clear hand-to-ball. The second one is iffy; MARCA said that Fernández made the right decision not to call it a penalty. But after these calls we were much more open and susceptible to counters, which is exactly what Atléti are best at. We tried to score the goal, we couldn't, they capitalised.
But I think the outlook of the match would've been very, very different at 1:1.
