Curious what other people think but according to what I read we had first refusal on Markovic(for around 12m) do we assume our scouting team didn't rate him enough to let him go to direct rivals?

Apparently we felt he was too inconsistant to be worth 12m.

And from what I understand, people were able to watch Wednesday's against Wycombe on those kinds of sites, yea.

It'll probably be the same kind of side as Wendesday's as it's also a 'Chelsea XI' playing. So mostly youngsters and a few first team, I suspect.

Yeah, they're often fun to watch because the youngsters really have to try and go all out to try and impress so you get quite end to end enjoyable games. Finishes at about 2am aswell so pretty early in Australia.

Oh I couldn't agree more. I don't know if you caught it but Wednesday's against Wycombe was thoroughly enjoyable and equally entertaining.

Is Zouma likely to play or would he be considered first team? He's another I'm keen to see a bit of.

Well he started on the bench in the last game but Todd Kane did his groin about 15 or 20 minutes in so he came on in his place on the right. After HT when we made so many changes, José switched him to CB. So he ended up getting quite a bit of time. Whether he'll get that today I'm not sure, but I'd be surprised to see him not get a full half at the very least. That seems to be what Mourinho and the coaching staff have decided on for most of the players in these very early stages of preseason.
