On a hattrick after 17 minutes Shocked

Took him half season, but has finally arrived in PL. What a start tonight, definitely sign of things to come.

He is 3000/1 for PL top scorer this season now on PaddyPower, think I'll lump on that. Can see him getting 10 goals before Christmas alone.

Not that I agree with this thread because it's clearly Sepi having a laugh, but to be scything of Soldado that way is in itself hilarious.

Spurs bought a penalty box striker and can't get it to him in the penalty box...what did anyone expect? I had high hopes coming into the season but then again I was expecting Spurs to be able to give him service. He hasn't gotten any so he's hardly had a chance.

Certainly better than Defoe who misses tap ins and 1v1's against Sunderland and offers nothing more outside the box than Soldado and probably level with Adebayor who offers everything outside the box and nothing in it because he can't finish.

But does it really make that much sense to play with Adebayor when the likes of Townsend, Lennon, Eriksen/Holtby, Dembele and Sandro are behind him? How many of those even get 5 goals a season?

Give him service and Soldado will thrive, I'm sure of it. Starve him of it and that's what we see here. Don't know what people were expecting of him.

CB none of GL cares about that lol.

No one thinks of reasons why people struggle they just laugh at them.

Take Cisse for example, he struggles for same reasons Soldado has.

He thrived at the beginning for the same reasons Soldado thrived at Valencia.

I suspect AVB will figure it out though, Pardew just gave up and pursued different types of striker lol.
