So i think i'm still probably the only one who still has a tiny bit of hope in him Laughing

Especially after some nice crosses he put against Sassoulo(got an assist too) and for once he was looking to run at defenders which was encouraging but he was unsuccessful in it.

Put in couple of good performances in both the Europa league games especially in yesterday's return leg where he was one of our best players yesterday.

Could've had a goal if his shooting was a little better but some of his crosses were superb.He's a different player when given space.

Isla 'lacked self-belief’

Juventus’ Mauricio Isla admits he has lacked belief in himself at times this season ahead of his side’s match with Fiorentina.

The Chilean also said the Old Lady are extremely motivated to do well in the Europa League by the prospect of playing the final at home.

“You asked me the same question after the last time I played in the Europa League,” Isla said to the journalists gathered at the pre-match Press conference for the Europa League Last 16 tie.

“And that time I responded very sincerely that it what has happened in the last few months was my fault.

“I didn’t have the belief in myself that the club, my teammates and the Coach all had.

“That belief was missing but I have always spoken to the Coach about it.

“Playing for Juventus, the biggest club in Italy, is a source of great pride.

“The first year here for me has been difficult but now I want to prove my worth.

“I need to do at Juventus what I have always done with the national team and what I did in the last match.

“For us it would be fantastic to play the final at home, in front of our fans and win it.

“The match tomorrow will be a very hard one because Fiorentina are a great team, with players who can hurt you.

“But we just need to play our own game.

“When we play like Juve can, we can beat anyone.”

Even though Isla barely played vs Fiorentina, he seemed faster and better than usual, let's hope that he can play like he did at Udinese and better.

Juve's Isla set for QPR loan

Juventus winger Mauricio Isla is on the verge of joining QPR in a season-long loan deal.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Chile international is very close to completing the move.

Isla had also been of interest to Olympique Marseille, but opted to take his chances in London.

The 26-year-old is on the market after Juventus agreed terms with Verona for Romulo.

Isla can play on the right or left of midfield and has occasionally also worked as a full-back.

He is on route to Galactico land again, first stop QPR where his running should come in handy. Then if he only makes that missing goal he should be all set for Madrid.

What was the final agreement with Udinese on his transfer? I don't recall ever seeing those numbers. Did we pay the full agreed upon amount when we bought half of his contract?
