Yeah, I always preferred the earlier Simpsons though. Shame that it's so crap now. I recently saw one of the new episodes and I just couldn't sit through it. Not one laugh was had.

The first eight or so seasons of the Simpsons are still unsurpassed. Futurama was brilliant but inconsistent. The Simpsons has just descended into pure slapstick, though a few of the more recent episodes have had the occasional brilliant gag but they are few and far between and the upturn is unlikely to last. The show should have known when to quit, but American shows aren't really known for that unless they're Sci-Fis in which case they end too soon. Laughing

I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way, but whenever my club loses, it feels like my entire life seems to fall apart in sequence. It's like a fecking real-life Fever Pitch. I blame Wenger :coffee:

Sometimes it seems nothing is going right and then your club loses as well which makes you believe that truly everything connected with you is falling apart... but then you just have to snap out of it and take control of your life.
