Truth be told Tom, this current squad is easily good enough to triumph over Nigeria, hence why the score should be 4-2 now given how Italia have played. 2 goals came from individual mistakes, as until then, Nigeria have been dominated beyond their depth, Pirlo just completely changing the dynamic of the game. If it ends 2-2 I'm quite happy with the performance.

Yeah it was good enough when Diamanti, Cerci and Pirlo came on
But the starting team for Italy sucked, just because they're born in the same country as good players that doesn't mean anything
Ranocchia should be in Serie B, Maggio is a pretty awful full back and Montolivo has been playing at a terrible standard for months.
