Who do you think is at fault for the lack of money being spent this year.

Surely it can't be Wenger right? Especially when he gets most of the blame for consistently getting Arsenal into the CL despite having to work with a negative net spend.

He was pretty bullish about the money supposedly given to him at the end of the season.

Actually if some reports are to be believed, Dick Law ( yes that's Arsenal negotiator name) managed to get several top players ready to sign, just waiting for Wenger green light and he called off every single one of them.

I think most fans understand and recognize Wenger's contribution at the club and see him as our icon and all that, but my personal problem is his excuses and lack of transparency towards Arsenal fans.

Arsenal fans are being fooled every season.

Board say we have money its up to Wenger. He always said we dont have money besides this season, he promised and didnt deliver so far.

His 'quality players only' quote really pisses me off.

I mean, come on Wenger tell us the real truth and you got our back, stop trolling us ffs.

They wont buy anybody big.

They dont have time. When you buy a big player, it usually takes time(weeks, sometimes months). Cant be done in 96 hours.

Don't get the laughter tbh. Flamini is only 29 and is more than capable of playing the holding midfielder role. Gooners need to look past the bitterness and anger and realize it could be so much worse (would you guys have preferred Squillaci stayed and played DM instead?)

Sigh I don't know what Wenger can do, people are on his back to much.

If Arsenal lose it's suddenly the end of the world, if Man city lose swept under the carpet.
Arsenal gets a good player for free = we're laughable. Man city pays £15m to much for fernandinho = automatically the signing of the season.

Arsenal have a good squad of players, if Flamini can add to it and sure up that defensive mid role then it's great if not it's not exactly a costly risk.
