So walk through this thought exercise for me, say the flow of the game was the same, but Manchester City got into the same positions as Fulham in the final third.

Do you honestly think none of those positions would have resulted in meaningful chances on goal with better quality players?

Okay so it wasn't just me. I know I love sarcasm, but I don't often openly troll like that (well not without at least a bit of truth).

I thought he looked really good with the ball at his feet, but as a talent he is obviously very raw and needs to tighten up a few things. With the right coach he could become very very good. Or that is potentially the ceiling of his abilities? I would hope not at such a young age.

You do realize we hardly create chances like that once a month? Laughing

Ok? good.

Bent would be useless at Newcastle just like Cisse is, we need strikers who can have an impact outside the box.

Fulham had 16 shots to Arsenal's 19. 12 of Fulham's shot were from outside the box, while Arsenal had seven.

Fail to see how they had more chances.

Anyway, Hull are leading Norwich thanks to a Brady penalty.

Sessègnon proving to be the weak link in the new Sunderland attacking corp.

How do you let someone get inside you on that beauty of a ball by Altidore? Nevermind last week he couldn't get out of Giaccherini's way, and instead played like an extra defender for Fulham.

Sad, he's used to be one of the few bright spots for Sunderland. Hopefully he's just not used to his new teammates yet.

I meant goal scoring chances, and most of the shots from outside the box were on goal so it does not matter.
