Where next for Immobile?
Ciro Immobile will be allowed to concentrate on the European Under-21 Championship rather than be troubled with his club future.
The striker has just ended the season at Genoa, a club who own his registration alongside Italian champions Juventus.
Both sides have until June 20 to resolve his co-ownership status.
“There will be meetings between the clubs to assess the situation and see how it could evolve,” agent Marco Sommella stated.
“However, the boy is currently on international duty and it is only right that he remains focused on that. We’ll talk again in two weeks.”
The 23-year-old, who scored five goals in 33 League games, was targeted by the Old Lady during the January transfer session.
“Genoa decided that they needed him so nothing could be done,” the representative continued to Radio Mana Mana.
“Unfortunately he was penalised by Genoa’s decision to change Coach mid-season, but it would have been hard for the Rossoblu to let him go.”
Genoa were involved in a relegation dogfight but eventually managed to attain enough points to ensure their Serie A status.
It is being suggested that Juve could offer Immobile to Torino as part of their bid to sign Angelo Ogbonna.

Doesn't he have a hard on for Napoli? I remember a while ago some comments about how he loves the city and that he travels to Napoli sometimes and watches matches there

He's probably going to be a more technically sound version of Matri at best.
Not a bad player by any means, nothing a club like Juventus has use for outside of a bench only role.
