OFFICIAL - Galatasaray won't redeem Melo

i say keep him as a pirlo replacement until we can get veratti or a player capable call me crazy but i still rate melo Conte will deal with is discipline problems

Sell him to Arsenal. i think he would actuallyfit in the PL perfectly with his smash-mouth style, plus Arsenal in particular are in desperate need of a pure DM and Wenher in the past has shown interest in him. We could maybe get 7-8 mil for him.

We'll be lucky to get a few million for him. He's in the last year of his contract. If any team really wants him, they can just wait a year and get him for free. Wenger isn't an idiot and he doesn't waste money. Like I said in another thread, any deal that is greater than the amount we would pay for his salary for next season is a good one. Other teams aren't idiots. People on this board didn't want us to overpay for Llorente, so why would teams overpay for Melo in the same situation? If they wanted him for 7-8 million they would have bought him when he was 27 not 30.

The damage has been done. We actually loaned out a 27 year old for two years and don't have a penny to show for it. Of course we never paid his wages, but he should have been sold.

He is not the type of player that Mou plays, Mou favors warrior type of players. Modric is beast at least for me
