Ancelotti: Vidal not worth €40m

Paris Saint-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out a move for Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The Chile international has been attracting attention from a number of top European clubs after a series of impressive performances for the Bianconeri.

But the Coach of the Ligue 1 side has admitted that his €40m price-tag is too much.

“€40m is far too much for Vidal,” he told Tuttosport.

“He is a very strong player, but that is too much money to spend on a midfielder.”

This is probably worth remembering for later this summer when PSG makes an August bid for Vidal for over 40 million.

I'm sure they won't sell them, but I think clubs will be asking and I think that Vidal, for his age and skill level, is worth 40m.

Would not let him go for any reasonable price. And 40M is reasonable. Very reasonable for Vidal.

The price does not depend too much on the qualities of the player, it more depends on how many other good players are around, and I am sure that CMF players are too much expensive these days,

I mean if we would be capable to bring another good CMF player I would sell him even if for 20 million because we are so desperate to bring that world class striker, but the problem is that you may bring a world class striker on free transfer such as LORENTE but you may never find another player like VIDAL...

So honestly I don't think JUVENTUS should sell VIDAL because bringing another CMF player may cost us really bad because the players may not suit such as FELIPE MELO...

and even that someone as FELIPE MELO cost 25 million, that may end as a flop, so I would not even consider as an option to sell VIDAL without 40 million...

PS: JUVENTUS is the wrong place for someone to consider for shopping, you cannot go at JUVENTUS and buy some chocolates, some t-shirt and Vidal because I never remember JUVENTUS letting its own important players without having an impressive offer such as the one of ZIDANE, except that SERIE B scandal that forced the club to do...
