Can't wait
Sebastian Giovinco and Mirko Vucinic have flown to Munich with the Juventus squad, but remain in doubt for Tuesday’s Champions League clash with Bayern.
The first leg of the quarter-final will be played in Germany on Tuesday night and the Bianconeri have already flown out on Easter Sunday.
Giovinco and Vucinic were among the group, although they did not take part in this morning’s training session.
Vucinic missed the 2-1 victory over Inter on Saturday as he was suffering from flu symptoms, but medical staff hope they can help him recover in time.
As for Giovinco, he was scythed down by a horror tackle from Esteban Cambiasso in stoppages, earning the Inter midfielder a straight red card.
There were fears Giovinco had suffered serious damage to his ankle, but the Atomic Ant is in the squad travelling to Germany and could well be on the bench.
It is reported that Juve will adopt a 3-5-2 system in Munich with Vucinic partnered by either Fabio Quagliarella or Alessandro Matri.
Another option would be to have Claudio Marchisio linking midfield and attack, leaving Vucinic as the lone centre-forward.
UEFA have announced English referee Mark Clattenburg will officiate the first leg on Tuesday.
Juventus squad for Bayern Munich: 1 Buffon, 3 Chiellini, 6 Pogba, 8 Marchisio, 9 Vucinic, 11 De Ceglie, 12 Giovinco, 13 Peluso, 15 Barzagli, 18 Anelka, 19 Bonucci, 20 Padoin, 21 Pirlo, 22 Asamoah, 23 Vidal, 24 Giaccherini, 26 Lichtsteiner, 27 Quagliarella, 30 Storari, 32 Matri, 34 Rubinho, 39 Marrone
I say we keep matri and quagliarella up front

Re: Can't wait
Dat lineup
haha this is going to be amazing just amazing
prediction 1-2 to JUVE
0-1 in first half Asamah or Lichsteiner finishing a move
0-2 after an easy break
1-2 at the end after insane pressure

Re: Can't wait
It all depends on the way we play, if we park the bus from 1st minute we may even end up losing the game with 2 goals or more.Fuzail wrote:Dat lineup

just get out of lala land. they are on top of their league, on form, playing in their own stadium with the support of their fans and with more CL experience than our current squad. on the other hand we most probably wont have vucinic and gio and played against inter few days ago in a rainy condition.
we shouldn't lose concentration and must perform 100%.
so it will be a really tough game with bayern as favorites.

Re: Can't wait
Not in lala land, just giving my prediction
Why are Bayern favourites to you? just because of experience?
They are not superior to us in any department except attack and the way I see it we will create 2-3 goals it depends on us if we take them r not
We can park the bus and wait and as long as they do not scre in the first half the game is ours
