Anything more than 5 would be excessive. Not a dirty player, immediately apologized and no history of this kind of conduct.

This really isn't a point of discussion. It was dangerous play but it comes with the territory, shit happens

Anything more than 5 would be excessive. Not a dirty player, immediately apologized and no history of this kind of conduct.

Meh - I think the tackle itself is probably worth a 7, but given some of the circumstances (First time offense, no history of violent conduct, no past disciplinary problems, generally well-respected and well-liked player etc) I don't think 5 would be unjust

Wouldn't complain about either outcome
