The FIGC changes regulation for non-EU players
The Italian football federation (FIGC), led by chairman Giancarlo Abete, has ruled that each Serie A club is now allowed to sign two non-EU players for next season.

very nice, we don't have now to choose between Banega and Tevez, we can buy both of them:)
I know that branca already said that he is to expensive but Zanetti is really pushing hard for Inter to buy him, here is a quote of el Capitano :"Carlos is a player that everyone wants. The market is just beginning, there may be surprises ..."
