He was struggling at Southampton so I can't see him keeping Reading up. They're 7 points behind, however they do have winnable games that could keep them up.

Not really. Soton were undefeated in his last 5 games as their manager which included draws over Arsenal and Chelsea. Though, yep, Reading are gonna get relegated anyways.
