Messi scored Record 23 and 22(i am not even counting assists) goals against Atletico and Real Madrid, so i don't know what are you talking about.
Of course messi has declined compare to his 08-12 season. No one can score in every single big games in his entire carrier.
No messi is twice the player suarez is. But agree in future Neymar will eventually take over messi.
