Conte forcing juventus into buying a top striker?

Due to the reports of Conte being wanted by other massive clubs such as Madrid and Chelsea, could he force the management to buy a top striker?. I have heard he was not impressed by the signings of Anelka and Bendtner. Does anyone else think he could give the board an ultimatum either sign a top striker or im leaving? I am hoping he actually does force the board to bring in someone like jovetic because the striker situation is probably the only thing that will prevent us as a club competing against sides like madrid and barca. Those types of clubs have 3-4 world class strikers whilst we don't even have one. I have said this many times we should buy jovetic/benzema/suarez go into debt but then not haveto buy anyone up front for years that will actually save us money in the long term not to mention securing trophies.
