Bendtner banned by Denmark

Juventus striker Nicklas Bendtner has been suspended by the Denmark national football team after being arrested for DUI.

The Bianconeri loanee was charged on Saturday night in Copenhagen for driving whilst intoxicated.

And officials from the Danish football association have confirmed that the Arsenal man will not play for the national team until September.

“While respecting the right to privacy, we have decided to suspend the player for the next six months,” a statement from the DBU read today.

Bendtner is on loan at Antonio Conte's side until the end of the season, but is currently unavailable through injury. He has yet to score a goal for the Turin giants.

His career is not going well atm .... sad
