He has been an assist machine this season. Funny considering he had like 3 assists last year. Anceolotti is using him well.

The reason why I bring up who you support is because of theses reasons:
Arsenal ALLOW Wenger to view this as success:

1. Finishing ahead of Spurs.
2. Getting into the top 4.
3. Qualifying for the CL group stages.
4. Getting to the Knockout stages of the CL.
5. No trophy in almost a decade, but 'we're getting there' mentality.

Why in Gods name should I listen to a fanbase that allows such mediocrity try and tell me what success is when they allow their own manager to get way with rubbish like that?

Seriously though, Bale has been amazing, I really hope he can stay healthy for an extended period of time to continue to develop that chemistry with Ronaldo and Benzema. It was said earlier, and I agree completely, I think what makes Bale better than Di Maria for Madrid is that he stays within the system and what is expected of him.

You would expect a player who you pay €100m to be smarter than an average player. Now if you are comparing him to a top latino(italians, Portuguese, spanish, french and romanian are also considered "latinos") and, especially, spanish footballer, then no.
