Mini derbi: Barça B - RM Castilla

The mini estadi is sold out for the first time since I can remember, so it will be packed with around 15.000 fans.

The mini Evil are on 16th position, with 25 points and only 4 points above relegation zone, though they destroyed Vilareal 5-0 last weekend. Castilla had to recall Morata from the 1st team to avoid relegation. Him and Jese are Castilla's main threats.

Expect a game with many goals. Barça is the top scoring team and Madrid the second, while the Mini Evil has conceded the most and Barça the second most.

great little insight there freecat but i am going to have to make a few amendments.

Firstly Morata has been recalled to Castilla quite a few times this season and secondly he hasn't been of high standards i am afraid so if anything he has been a disappointment. Is it because of him training with the first team and not with the second or is it because he has lost his interest in segunda and wants to stay in laliga i don't know but the fact is he has been a disappointment. i am not entirely sure why Toril wants him to play for Castila when he turns in with such awful performances everytime he does.

Jese being our best player is quite true but the other dangerous player of ours is Denis, them two are the reason we aren't stuck at the bottom so far this season due to our leaky and horrendous defencive four. In recent games Toril has stopped using Fabinho as our RB and instead plays Juanfran there, it has helped but you can see he prefers to attack rather than defend.

Thankfully from our side there aren't any suspensions or injuries so far. so if we are to go by the last few games this might be our line-up for the mini-clasico


I believe it depends on whether Toril wants to call up Nacho and Morata he has avoided to call up Nacho because our shortages in defence with the first team but he has called up Morata a few times i think he might do it again.

And lol at the facts

Another fact Jese, Deuelelflfueu and Oriol(from Almeria) are leading top scorers in the league. As you said we could be looking at a high scoring fixture. It would be nice to do the double over you guys not to mention its important to win to avoid relegation. Before the win vs villarreal we had a 12 games winless streak

Managed to watch the last 35 minutes which seem to be the best minutes Barca B played. Real Madrid was already down to 10 men so they parked the bus, but it backfired terribly as that tactic usually does.

Deulofeu wasn't great, but I liked the effort he put in tracking back, he helped the RB a lot for his standards, and for thirty minutes in the second half he played very unselfish.

He is officially rgistered with the B, same with Nacho, though they are considered "promoted". Like Tello before his renovation.
