Brutal Tackle , not even a yellow card

With a better quality video, you have to ask the question where was the referee positioned when the foul occurred? Positioning of the referee is a key element of whether a certain player receives further punishment...

how on earth is that a red? lol Yellow at the very most. Studs are down and its one footed with no malice. Chiello is very clearly looking at the ball and once he realises he's missed the ball continues to watch it escape him.

A very rough, mistimed annd poor tackle which merits a yellow.

and if thats a potential career ending tackle then most tackles in the world are.

Once again tis quite sad that this is recieving this much attention. its not even a BAD tackle. on a scale of bad tackles its like a 4. I see challenges like that almost every football game and no onen cries for them to be straight reds

and not every tackle is a career threatening there are numerous example of good hard tackles done by legendary players

Shoulda been a YC, but definitely not a red. He didn't lead with his studs, and he didn't scissor tackle him which is the only other thing I can see that would make it a red. He was playing the ball 100% and just mistimed it.

well if the person who post this would have watched the match to know that this was in the first 8 mins & his first tackle of the game & that's why the ref. made it slide

8 min or 99 min , bad tackle should get punished . based on ur logic players can go for a kill in first minutes because its early in the game right?
