He is obsessed with winning the 10th Champions League for Madrid and I don't think he'll leave until he's achieved that. That being said, if he can't keep the Madrid board happy he will be shown the door like <insert coach name here>.

I also think he'll leave if and as soon as he's won his third Champions League title. He is not enjoying Spain the majority of Spain don't really like to have him either.

Slow news day for Marca, last year Mourinho was house-hunting in London, this year he's had a fallout with Florentino Perez. I can predict next year's headline, Mourinho wants to leave Real Madrid after winning the tenth because he's fallen out with Pepe and Ronaldo....
