I watched every single game of Malaga's in La Liga and can think of maybe 5 games off the top of my head where I thought wow this kid has something, the rest were average and sometimes that's being nice.

In the Champions League, two games come to mind where I thought he was exceptional, against Zenit and Porto, the rest not overly impressive tbh.

Last season he was better, this season he has declined a bit for whatever reason.

I don't see how he would fit into Madrid at all, he isn't a creative player, not at all, all the burden there in Malaga fell to Joaquin, and without him they struggled a lot.

Ozil while having a poor season still shat all over Isco, was still one of the best creative players in the league, which is what we need out of our AM's.

Isco seems to prefer City:

Demichellis was great - but he only the main part of an organized defensive unit. Isco - individually had much more responsibility and much less consistent help.

Florentina Perez was on radio last night saying Isco is a great player but Real already have many players in his role (Ozil, Modric, Kaka).

I'm not particularly happy to see Pelle and Isco leave - but I'm excited to see what they can do.

oh and how could I have forgotten malagas most important player toulalan. without him malaga would have conceded alot more. besides isco has gone like 11 games without scoring or assisting. I wouldn't exactly call that carrying them

Hala....Toulalon missed half the season. I'm a big fan of Gamez and Monreal - and even Atunes, so I have to disagree.

Gamez is slow to react and I have noticed he leaves alot of space between himself and demichelis

Atunes was a decent replacement fir Nacho but I dont particularly think he is any good. Didn't Pelle put Elisue there these past few games?

I didn't watch their recent game but one goal in the same time period is still pretty poor

Ozil will be the only player most likely. Modric is a CM and Kaka will be leaving. Di Maria seems to be out of favour, which means Isco would play on the right if we signed him.

come on, theres no comparison here. jese is a good player but isco is a great player whos already established himself at the club level, national level, and in euorpean competition.

Yes, but Isco plays in a position in which we are set for the next 8 years and he exploded at 20, Jese's age now.
