Someone needs to speak up.
We're continuosly criticized from the opposition for Suarez' antics and all this other bullshit.
Every club does it and every club has lost my respect.
We're continously bullied through the press (many managers come out and say Suarez is a diver etc tyring to influence the referees' decisions) and the media continously go with it and a lot of calls go against us.
Valencia's dive, Shelvey's red, perfectly legitmate goal not given, Suarez not getting penalties because of his reputation have cost us atleast 3 points this season.
Someone within the club needs to speak up. It's becoming a pisstake.

Re: Someone needs to speak up.
TBH speaking out would make things worse. Rafa wouldn't have given a f*ck and probably ranted about everything, which is why we love him so much. But Rodgers and the management are doing the right by just staying quite and doing the talking on the field. I say give it 3 more years until SAF retires, and you'll all see the difference in our luck.
At the end of the storm, there's a golden sky. SAF is one f*cking tough storm, but it's nearing to an end. YNWA.

"Obviously we are bitterly disappointed," Rodgers added. "It is an easy decision as well.
"I am not going to go on about officials because it has been happening to us all season.
"It is actually quite straightforward - it is a free-kick from deep, the ball is in the air for a long time and the official is looking across the line, so he is clearly onside.
"When [Sebastian Coates] heads it back, Luis is minimum level and it is a wonderful finish. He should have had his goal - it would have been a brilliant win for us.
"We are frustrated but I am are very proud of my young team in a cauldron of an atmosphere against a very experienced team."
Also, when later asked about diving, he responded with:
"What, you want me to talk about Gary Neville? Don't start me."

How will it make it worse?
The identity of the club is being destroyed by other players and managers criticizing us week in week out. It's becoming a joke.

Disaagree. Rafa's rant with the "facts" stopped (or well, broke down) the media from negative thoughts and vibes. The tension was to an extent off us and we as a group did better in the fixtures by getting the results. We pushed United to line.
SAF may have started this whole Suarez witchhunt but he's not entirely to blame. EVERY club is saying something and we're ignoring it as if it's nothing. And it something. We're losing valuable points in the league from it.
Whilst Rodgers is doing everything on the pitch correct (which is a good thing) the results are not coming our way due to some incidents by the referees.

Re: Someone needs to speak up.
Crying to the refs is certainly not the most honorable thing in football...but it seems in the Premiership you need to actively put pressure on them as an institution to get things done.
The more people complain the better IMO.

Right. That. Quoted that one from memory rather than copying over the whole article.
