Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2012

Can't wait to play this game. it will be released in about 3-4 days.

i know these games have corny story lines and arent as good as they once were, but im absolute sucker for NFS games, i was playing undercover just the other day

i dont see any major change from the previous ones, cant see me trying it

I actually loved the remade Hot Pursuit that came out last year, but the Run was absolute shite.

I was also a big fan of the original Most Wanted and I though that one was very well made so I expect big things out of this one. I'm probably gonna pick it up.

Hope it don't disappoint me like last year. NFS series has been on dawnward spiral in recent years.

Such a horrible game. you don't make a burnout ripoff with Most Wanted's IP.

I think its good. there is no storyline and much customization like old nfs but gameplay and Graphics are great. Enjoying it atm.

Are they still making NFS games? They've been going downhill since the utterly brilliant second generation games, i.e. Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon(), ProStreet and Undercover.

The above games followed an actual storyline where you were the same PC from UG1 to ProStreet, and the PC got mentioned in Undercover being arrested for street racing lmao. The PC went out like a boss, doing what he loves, EA should have ended the series after that but hope, they got greedy.

I tried the 3rd gen games but they didn't interest me, I missed The Fast and Furious feel of the games. I had no reason to play the games anymore after 6 years of dedication lol.

From the sounds of it I don't think this new game will tempt me out of retirement.

Picked it up today (black friday) for 10 bucks

I can't wait. I love the demo and I love good old fashion racing games and I loved burnout and Criterion did a great job with Hot Pursuit.

Game is shat. Played for like a 5 mins and now its collecting dust.

What didn't you like about it?
I mean got a 9.0 on IGN.
And the demo seemed entertaining enough.

I dont like the car handling for instance, its either too stiff or too loose imo. The idea of getting rid of money system so now its basicly roam around till you find a suitable car and menus are frustrating.
