The best ones I remember were also the most painful ones for me:
ManUtd vs Bayern in the CL Final 1999 and Italy vs Germany in the WC2006 Semi final...
I'm not going to dig out videos for them.

Gerrard goal was one of insane quality for a last minute goal.
The one against West Ham from 40 yards , a half volley that travelled just above the ground but never touched it.

I agree with Italy vs Germany, that goal was the best ending to probably the game of the decade, Aguero's goal takes close second imo!

Italy Germany was insane, much better than the actual final.
This fun moment came from Pato, who once upon a time played for Milan. Those were good times, though I can hardly remember it. I think I was wearing my nappies back then.

we were losing 2-0 at like the 85th minute and scored 3 last minute goals to come back and win. plus they were all pretty nice goals especially the last by recoba

Lol @ the Aguero nominations.
This goal was so fergie time that Schalke thought they'd won the league for about a minute and it came from a free-kick that missed like 16 people.. somehow.

Gerrard's Olympiakos and West Ham goals have the best two top spots locked up for me.
Augero's comes third!!
