Cesc Fabregas omitted from new away kit photoshoot as Arsenal captain edges closer to Barcelona switch

Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas could finally make his dream return to Barcelona this transfer window after the London side omitted him from all promotional material regarding the club's new away kit, released on Tuesday.

Iceman suggests that he was not meant to be in it anyway, but I think that it was because they knew he was going to leave anyway.

Once Barca submit a 35 mil bid he is off.

Will they be able to afford Sanchez? I am more afraid of Sanchez tbh.

There appearenetly wan't room for Mascherano and he started the cl and copa final. Xavi is knackered, Fabregas will fit in. Their squad is far too thin.

And they will probably have injuries again. Fabregas will have a part to play. Plus i'm guessing if pep wants him to learn the xavi role, it would be easier to learn from him in person the tempo controlling game. If xavi can do it, cesc, who is more talent should have no problem tbh.

RVP does not exactly equate to the captain of your club and main money maker, you would think of all people Fabregas would be the first and foremost player in your photo shoots as no one in your squad would come close to selling merchandise like he would?

if they get Sanchez as well then the CL is......

Hmmmm, away kit as welll........ I can't say it is that important or telling really.
Teams often enough use players in those shoots that are set on leaving and vice versa.

Anyway,

It would be smart for Barcelona to buy him next year, when he will become cheaper (less time left on his contract) and Xavi is older. But they could use the added squad depth now. They are being tricky though, because their low bids keep Fab hot on going to Barcelona, so he won't go anywhere else in the mean time. I guess they are deliberately bidding low so Arsenal won't accept, but Cesc still feels wanted.

Not sure how Barcelona'll be able to finance all this though.
