according to Telegraph Schurrle will be his replacement.

Selling Sturridge would be a shitty way to end the summer, especially after all the good moves we have done in this window. I want to see Sturridge given a chance, he fits so much better imo then Torres in our new playing style, because he is much more comfortable on the ball.

And Downloaded some of Schurrle games earlier in the summer, my conclusion he is basically a poor version of Sturridge but with a better work rate.

The amount of Chelsea fans that disrespect Sturridge never fails to amaze me. He's a selfish bastard but he was our top scorer last season ffs and he was out of favour for the majority of the 2nd half of the season.

I don't think any reasonable fan wants to see him leave. The only reason he's ever been criticized is his selfishness(which btw does not warrant booing of any sort whatsoever).

Plus we'll be incredibly thin up front if he leaves.
