What are/were the best pre-season friendlies of 2012-13?

From the matches I've seen, Benfica - Real Madrid.

For me: Werder vs Dortmund in the Liga Total Cup.

Madrid vs. Milan

I particularly enjoyed seeing my team getting destroyed by Madrid.

It was a wake up call for the clubs management.

Werder v Dortmund always make a good attacking match.

Out of the ones I saw it has to be LA Galaxy Real Madrid, lots of end to end stuff.

Barcelona vs Raja Casablanca was also very entertaining, since the home team tried to attack barca (at least in the first half).

Arsenal vs Kitchee was also entertaining...forgot about that one. Did anyone see Chelsea vs MLS all-stars? That must have been good too.

Yup, exactly that. It was only 2x30 minutes plus a penalty shoot-out (I noticed that some online publications forgot to mention the PK shoot-out which went to Werder, BTW XD), but it was immensely entertaining.

Yup. That match is more than entertaining. ManUtd just had three 110% chances where they had some Torres Memorial misses, and then Hannover counters, Lindegaard fumbles and it is Hannover 1:0 ManUtd

Liverpool v Leverkusen tomorrow because of Hyypiä at Anfield

Well Madrid-Celtic is one of the worst ones. The American football lines and the kit clash nearly makes it unwatchable.

Chelsea - MLs Allstars was a good watch.

Madrid - Milan was a good watch too.

Oh. Hannover subbed 9 players after the break and so they play with their first team now. And right away we have a 2:1 for Hannover. Looks like they are taking the match finally serious

And the 3:1 for Hannover... Abdellaoue with the back to the goal make a backheel kick and it is in there. Wowness! And now a truly fantastic freekick goal by Rooney and it is 3:2. Hm... That was a sort-of dive from Rooney in the box, and he scored the pen to make it 3:3. ^^ ManUtd scored just another great goal 3:4 now, Kagawa. No chance for Zieler with any of the goals.
