- Fontas and Villa could be also available.
- Messi, Alexis, Afellay, Alves, Mascherno, Bartra, Pinto and some B team players...

- Injured players: Thiago, Cuenca.

Sergi Roberto will travel with the 1st team to Paris for the PSG game. He'll be on the 1st team as Thiago recovers from injury #FCBLive [md]

does this mean that player like Deulofeu won't travel to France to face PSG?

note: on 8 and 10 August, Barca B will play 2 friendly games in England against Bolton and Huddersfield Town .

I'm guessing this is when we debut those atrocious orange/yellow kits.

I guess we may be using our away kits for the first time. I really don't want to use them though I guess I will get use to them week by week...
Good to know Puyol is back. Hopefully both Villa and Fontas will be back soon as well.

Is it just me, but Sergi Rorberto looks like a perfect future squad player to me. He is not blessed with skill at all and he tries to make up for it with loads of commitment. I think he is our own La Masia Keita!!

I definately love him and is a good addition when Xavi and Afellay leaves. Whether he gets more game time when these blokes leave is another question...

Rumours are that Sergi Roberto has leapfrogged Jonathan Dos Santos in Tito's preferences and he could be promoted and kept with the first team along with Marc Bartra. [Sport]

How was he in the second game I missed? I do believe he could be a useful player for us. He offers something different and works very hard. As a fan, I'd be very happy with his success. JDS is probably superior at DM, but he'll have to prove he's good enough to be back up there. Not sure if he is our 2nd best option...

Kizz, I do prefer if we do not use any money what so ever on a holding midfielder, just concerntrating on a centreback. Both JDS and Roberto need to be given time and I feel that we can give that time. Hopefully they don't take as long as what Fontas took. We also have some depth in that holding mid section. Mascherano, Fontas, Busquests, Thiago and even Xavi and Fabregas can and have played in that holding mid role.

True! I find that one or two players are decent enough to replace Busi. Yes, they may not have his class though eventually they will get to a great stage where they may even get not enough game time though by that stage, Xavi should be gone ...

No, Xavi is still world class and needed until Thiago and company get better.

Adriano and JDS were injured in training. Enough of these injuries already! I pray none of these get injured this preseason ; messi, iniesta, xavi, busquets, alves, alexis!

Both of them very mild injuries. JDS has a fatigued muscle (very common in preseason, and nothing to worry if muscle doesn't break). Adriano twisted his ankle (nothing you can do to prvent it, just bad luck and short recovery).

pax, they are broadcasting the game but i don't think it can be viewed abroad.

Overall a pretty mediocre game from us today. Ref gave a shit penalty for us. PSG played pretty well. Pastore started like shit but had some good touches and grew into the game. I was partially interested in how he played against us.

That doesn't take away from the fact that this is a pre-season game and we played like utter shit
