Dani Alves is better attacking wise and is good enough defensively. I'd take him at RB, however at LB I'd take Lahm.

People argue about Alves not being tested defensively alot.I dont see lahm tested alot either.Imo Lahm is better at left-back than right-back.

Alves is a beast rightback, he's contribution going forward is atm by far the best of any rb out there and with the system Barce plays he may not be tested much but he can sure as hell tackle when he needs to.

Still don't like the guy though lmao

i may catch heat for this but i have always thought lahm was entirely overrated. not world class.

and atm alves is the best RB in the world so id have to go with alves.

Im a huge Alves fan and for me he is undeniably the better and more consistent RB. I must admit I love Lahm too though lol

Lahm is better in my opinion, and the best fullback in the world too. Alves is close though. Lahm had some off moments this season, but also had some moments of genius. And even so, form is temporary, class is permanent.

As good as Lahm is, Alves is far, far better. Alves is easily a top 10 player in the world.
