Messi will be the new face of Fifa 13, so expecting him to be 96+
Iniesta/Xavi will still be 90-92 due to Euro's + Pique regardless of having a bad season will still be 88 due to Fifa's weird logic.

It takes one good season to get a good rating, 5 bad seasons to have that rating drop. Essien and Kaka are among the cream of the crop, according to Fifa.

I don't know if there are a real ratings, but here are my thoughts.

GK:
VV - too high, he had bad season, should be 83. Pinto and Oier ok.

Defence:
Alves and Abidal too low, Mascherano too high, Fontas should be below 70, others just fine.

Midfield:

Iniesta should have 91, Xavi 90. Thiago should be 81 or 82, others seems fine. Afellay won't be in final FIFA version in our team, Adriano is a DF and should have 79 or sth.

Forwards:
Sanchez should have lower overall.
