but then again fergie has always had the strongest squad in the EPL (with some exceptions), does that mean his titles are worthless ?

The same SAF that spent 20m on Young, 20m on De Gea, nearly 20m on Jones?

Still hasn't rectified the obvious issues with the squad.... despite the money he has spent himself.

Compare the money spent to make the two squads and i mean the 25 man squads sent to the premier league and there's hardly a penny difference.

The only difference is City have spent their money over a shorter period of time.

Fact is Mancini won the Premier League last season and the FA Cup before, in his only 2 full seasons.

Completely changed the team from a defensive team that knicked goals (1st season) to a team that dominated games with skill, movement and power and completely reworked the system to what is was in the season before. ( 2nd season)

He's definitely underrated on this forum and definitely not garbage.
