and this is not a case of me being buthurt- this is simply appreciating both italy and spain in which both were the best teams of the tournament but in the end spain played better when mattered most and italy lost with tactical mistake, and fatigue, they will be strong.

i am counting on italy to be strong in world cup campaign and hopefully seeing spain again final at brazil

Yes it's an excuse, doesn't mean it's not 100% valid. I said the same to my friend at half time in the Portugal - spain game after he was complimenting how good portugal played.

An extra 24 hours to rest/prepare can and does make a huge difference. Nevermind the 10 men incident...
