Plague Inc

An iPod app that is basically about making your own disease and infecting (and hopefully killing) the entire himan population. You can customize your disease to increase the transmission of the disease, the symptoms and how tolerant it is to medicine. As your disease progresses in this hyper realistic world, countries will eventually adapt to change and do everything they can to reduce the spread of the disease (I.e shutting down airports, closing off borders).

$1 on the app store. Pretty GOAT game first time you play it. Can get a bit repetitive after a while after you learn the best ways of transmitting the disease and the best country to infect first.

Sounds like a flash game (Pandemic, I think it was called) that was out several years ago.
