Juventus sort out youth deals
Juventus have today made some transfer decisions regarding youngsters Ciro Immobile, Stefano Beltrame, Leonardo Spinazzola and Alberto Libertazzi.
Immobile spent last season on loan at Pescara in Serie B, but he is co-owned with Genoa. That co-ownership has today been renewed and he is set to spend the new season at Marassi.
Youth team striker Beltrame and midfielder Spinazzola, meanwhile, have been signed. The first was co-owned with Novara, but is now 100 per cent Bianconero. The second is now co-owned with Siena after last season’s loan.
Libertazzi has left Turin, though, after Novara netted him in a co-ownership agreement.

Re: Juventus sort out youth deals
So apparently according to Di Marzio(who confirms on his website) young Brazilian striker Leo Bonatini class'94 to Juventus is a done deal..(Ganso can tell us a bit more about this guy perhaps ?)
Apparently he was close to joining Udinese but we hijacked the move..
LINK
We have done quite a lot of youth recruitment this season..
Alberto Masi,Paul Pogba,Richmond Boakye,Hasan Pepic,Nicolas Canizares,Nicola Leali,Manolo Gabbidiani(looks set to be a done deal as well) and now Leo Bonatini..

Re: Juventus sort out youth deals
Just to clarify..The money involved in some of these deals..
Nicola Leali €3.8m(full ownership)
Richmond Boakye €4m(50% ownership)
Alberto Masi €500,000(50%ownership)
Paul Pogba-free
Manolo Gabbidiani €3.8m + Troisi(50% ownership)
Leo Bonatini (details havent been disclosed yet)
So we've spent close to 15m on youth players this summer..Thats a lot of money.

But it will be worth it in the end.....we will eventually profit on these players.
In Marotta we trust.....
Re: Juventus sort out youth deals
Having spend that much on youth players means Conte will have to play some of them every now and then. Having that expensive youth players in the team is a good idea IMO, only, he'd have to field them sometimes. I imagine Leo Bonatini to be our own Pato and the fact that Udinese wanted him is a good sign of a hot prospect - they do know how to scout good players (something we've lacked since the dawn of time, or at least the mid 00s) !!

Lucas Ocampos ?
I did read that Napoli made a 12m euro bid for him but not sure if the source is reliable..
But i agree with you ,we need to dig deep into the South American market a lot more.
So far we've signed only Appelt bros and now we'll be signing Leo Bonatini,i hope to see a lot more activity in South America in the future..
