FT Portugal 1:3 Turkey

Not too convincing match by Portugal today. Real pity Turkey didn't make it to the Euro. I hope they'll qualify for the WC2014.

On paper portugal should be a relatively easy win for germany, but who knows. Epecially in the first game in a major tournament a lot depends on confidence... i cant wait.

The Portugal - Turkey match was very exciting, I think Portugal played quite well, but their poor finishing and lack of concentration at the back cost them victory in this match.

I was particularly impressed by their right back Miguel Lopes, he had a great game winning the penalty which Ronaldo missed.

I think the team will be better served with Postiga starting ahead of Almeida, he could have grabbed a hattrick but was useless infront of goal. Portugal vs Germany promises to be an interesting match.!

Yea, Portugal is really good in attack, I really like their direct style. But lack of midfield and shit defending will be their downfall.

Tbf it was Costas fault, he wanted to clear the ball but ultimately failed and shot on Pepe instead.

Pepe was hardly at fault for the goal, Ricardo Costa could have cleared the ball better, but I prefer Costa to the Alves, the dude is so slow, Germany will have him for lunch if he plays.

Pepe was one of Portugal's better defenders in the game, solid game by him, he consistently had to cover of Alves in the first half.
