I understand the fans because lets take example from Cagliari president Cellino. That president always makes the club to go in circles and is satisfied with battling for relegation but he has 500 million ready to buy West Ham and he got refused and than the same summer the club doesn't have enough money to buy new players ? Gimme a break. If I was fan of Cagliari I would like that president out of my club he can take his money and leave even if it means
Serie C. He wants to buy other club but not interested for the club he grown with and half his city lives for ? Disgusting

Okay, Maybe the team is doing badly. BUt is this the way to channel your anger? Confront your the players of your team in the middle of the match and ask them to take their shirt off?

This is not the right way. Absolutely disgraceful. Genoa should play behind closed doors now if their players now even have the mental strength to complete this season

Absolutely disgraceful fans, hope Genoa gets relegated so these players can move on to a better club with better fans supporting them.

When Arsenal fans boo the team, protest highest ticket prices in the league, and call for the manager to be fired when the team was near the bottom of the table the fans are called gutless and criticized for not sticking by the team.

I havent seen the video but the fans have the right to do that.Genoa have a squad that is good enough to qualify for the europa league.I mean they have good players like Sculli,The unbelievable Palacio,Gilardino,Frey and Miguel Veloso.

Ultras are a mixed bag. In this instance, I understand their anger, but their reaction is disgraceful. It's pure disrespect towards not only these players, but the club itself. They may not be getting the results, but they are working hard nonetheless and I honestly think this was undeserved.

This went beyond simple passion imo.

I expect Genoa to go down now, it's between them & Lecce who is real fighter. How many time has Lecce come back from death this season? they are like Wigan of Seria A. As parma fan, i would be happy with Genoa going down, time for Gila & Antonelli come home.

The Genoa Cricket and Football Club has won Serie A 9 times. More than Roma, Napoli, Lazio and others. Of course their last win was before WW2.

Genoa fans are not a patient bunch. Sampdoria was in the boat situation last year, probably worse since they got messed up by their own president but the fans stood by their team to the very end, they cheered, cried but never booed. I don't know, seeing Genoa now, it's like day and night compared to Sampdoria. As for Genoa players, they probably thinking about which ship they will jump to next summer,no way one can play under current condition except maybe Sculli; they are quality and will find Serie A team next year easily ( except Veloso most overrated player ever)
