Having a great workrate to me means running a lot and giving top effort (at least that's the way I've always understood it), pressing means actually doing something with that ability. To me, a great presser has to have a great workrate, but not every player with a good workrate is a good presser.

I believe in this case that it's Goals Scored/Total Number of Club Goals for the Season, as opposed to Goals Scored + Assisted.
