How often does he miss clear chances? Sure it happens, but it happens to Messi and it happened to R9, RVN, Raúl... CR7 is not a lesser finisher than any of them in my book.

CR7 takes alot of shots from bad angles, into crowds and from long distance that bring his goal/shot average. But if I were to choose between Ronaldo, Higuain or Benzema in a 1v1 against a goalkeeper I'd pick Ronaldo any day of the week.

tbh ronaldo and van nistelrooy played for madrid when la liga wasn't made of 18 completely crap teams and one madrid still can't beat

CR7 19 goals in 24 games in CL for Madrid.
R9 15 goals in 36 games in CL for Madrid.

Turns out there's people in this forum who actually think with their heads. Kudos.

He definetly deserves merit for what he has achieved. Incredible player and I dont think there's a player out there with better work ethics. He takes huge care of his body, and will probabbly be one of those players who last till they're 38.

I seriously dislike the guy for his cockiness but admire him for his hardworking stoneheaded mentality. He's deserved his stats and achievements. Hard work and passion has its rewards.

Worth every penny and Madrid fans, never turn your back on him, Ronaldo is special and comes every now and then..
