Using and seeing how the +/- system is being used in this forum, I recommend going for a more "thanks"-system. In a forum full of debates about teams, players and alot of rivality between teams a system with +/- wont work. The "Thanks" system fixs the problem. The more thanks you have, the more quality posts you have. The system the forum has now will never work.

Just my 2 cents.

Agreed, the +/- is being abused and even putting either the posts or rep restrictions on it won't help....
