Fastest players:Forza Rossoneri wrote:
Ok, here's the problem... how do you separate Tier 1 and Tier 2? Where is the gap between the two? Where do you draw the line? It's impossible to get a definitive concept of which player belongs to which tier. It's all opinion of course, but I think this is a very subjective way of ranking players. I would propose an alternate system, but I don't really like the idea of ranking players in the first place.
P.S. I still can't make sense of whatever you were saying about the various types of crap or whatever.
Tier 1 - Ronaldo, Tello, Walcot etc (Guily, Rommedhal)
Tier 2 - Messi, Ribery, Marcelo etc.
Tier 3 - Xavi, Benzema, Ozil etc.
Is it hard to see the gap between tiers?
i think its easier to see the gap between tiers than to see the gap between 1st and 2nd fastest players

Re: Most talented players of this generation
Well imo the tier 1 players would be too many to list unless you want to just put Messi there as these players aren't tiers better than the next.
Ofcourse Barcelona have great players but it is their team chemistry which is more impressive.
Defenders are also important, where's Thiago silva, speaking of silva's at this moment and time David silva is better than Kaka.
From your list V.Persie is better and more consistent then aguero in the same league and in a worst team but he's 2 tiers down?
Oezil keeps Kaka benched and rightfully so, he has more talent then Kaka tbh but is an incredible 3 tiers down, is there any logic to your reason there?

I'd be happy to see your tiers Gemini. I explained a lot about my list. If you have time just show me your players which player would be in which tierGemini wrote:Well imo the tier 1 players would be too many to list unless you want to just put Messi there as these players aren't tiers better than the next.

Re: Most talented players of this generation
Imo dribbling is the best way to make magics. But you can do it with passing, shooting and etc. but these things becomes magic very rarely. I put it in this way, you put it in another way. if you can not put then dont analyze my opinion because you dont have skills at analyzingLord Hades wrote:billionmillion wrote:what my list reflect is my opinion. i told you several times if you dont agree show your opinion. not exactly you because you are too immature to understand anything. just gtfoLord Hades wrote:billionmillion wrote:You can make magic with passing, dribbling, creating, long shots and etc. Magic is not only dribblingLord Hades wrote:talent is not technique magic, or a flashy dribble lol ... tackling is a talent, so is interception, passing, positioning , great off the ball movement, creativity, long shots, set pieces.. they all come under talent.. change the topic to most technically gifted player then

Cex and Xavi more talented than Ozil ? Ronaldo and Robben ? This guy is maybe the only man in the same breathe with Messi( in terms on talent)

Re: Most talented players of this generation
Tier 1, is Messi.
Tier 2 is too many to list, the likes of Van persie, Iniesta, Ronaldo, Ozil, Rooney, Benzema, Ibra, Xavi, S. Ramos, Lahm, Y. Toure, Schweinsteiger, D. Silva, Kompany, Vidic, Pique, Terry, Thiago Silva, Joe Hart, Casillas, pile of German keepers etc.
Basically imo you have Messi a tier above everyone which is crystal clear, then theres not enough difference between these top players to put them in different tiers.

this is where i and you differe.. talent doesnt mean flashiness that will cause me to say ooo
there is as much talent in controlling the game , outstanding passing , controlling tempo as is in dribbling past a player.. there are many definitions of talent.. your definition of talent is more focused towards dribbling because you are a messi fan and it is his prime asset i presume ..

i am sure that u had just start watching football from 3 or 4 years and you don't watch any team except barca so you think that pirlo can't be compared with the great xavi ,messi is better than mardonna ,pele and van basten and puyol is better than nesta and canavrobillionmillion wrote:Do you think it would be correct if i list them in this order (i talk about talent). if not what changes you would make

Just a question. Then why is kaka in the first tier in that list when his prime was 1 year after ronaldinhos and he was no way near as good nor was his prime as long as dinhos..

Dont overrated Özils talent. Messi at Özils age was already the best player in the world while Özil is nowhere near being the best in the world.
