So if we do sack AVB before end of the season then when would be the best time??? and who would replace him???

For me personally I blame the players along with AVB for the mess. The managers/staff tactics and training aint the best it seems but no matter what tactic's you play the players are weak, boring, not creative, no flair, no pace and no style or goals (Sturridge & Mata or the only players worthy of any praise this season)

He won't be sacked. Abramovic knows this new style is going to take a long time. He didn't pay 28m for instant success.

Have to blame both players and managers. The thing is due to the amount of managerial changes at Chelsea, many fans/pundits know more about Chelsea than AVB/staff.. Some decisions he made at start of season were disastrous everyone knew it.

Now its all a joke need a new team next season but we need good signings mutually made by all staff and owners so that if we do sack AVB then at least the new player doesnt feel isolated or deadwood

Give the guy some time, man. You cannot keep sacking managers all the time. He is stuck currently with an ageing team filled with out of form players. I think once he brings in the players he wants, that can play in the system he prefers, you will all see what a top class manager this guy is.

Don't pull an Inter and start sacking managers left and right.

That'll just scare off the world class managers and at most you'll end up getting very mediocre managers (Leo, Gasp, Ranieri)

lol chelsea have been sacking managers since Abra came and if we had stuck to some others we probs would never be in this position..

they got sacked mainly for having a disastrous time during a season whereas AVB is having a whole bad season unless he signs at least 5/6 new players in summer in the starting team and sells malouda, drogba, kalou, torres, lampard, mikel, bosingwa and few more plus promotes a few from reserves he or another manager will have big issues lol
