Laliga teams in debt will not be allowed to participate in the league
debt ridden teams
unpaid players
====================
the strike paid off it seems,
feel sorry for teams like sevilla and mallorca now they gonna have to sell more players to balance their budget,
what do you guys think good or bad???
The economic control, which must also be ratified by the Sports Council, provides penalties for clubs such as the loss of points, monetary fines, prohibition of entry in the competition and removal of it. To avoid such situations, the LFP sends messages to the teams to be in breach marking in the rules.
All teams are required to submit all types of audits that analyze the financial status of each identity each season, a list of procurement operations and sales of players, a balance between expenditure and income, especially in what refers to the wage cost templates; not allow clubs to keep debt at the end of each year with players, other teams and public administration, ie, players' wages, transfer payments and property.
unpaid players
Although the positions are quite distant in the beginning of this negotiation, the president of AFE desire moved his command to "come to fruition together" and find ways to "not repeat" the situations of default by the lack commitment of the clubs, and the use made of the Insolvency Act.
UD Salamanca footballer Juan Pablo De Miguel "Juanpe" was presented with a commemorative T-shirt on behalf of all players who participated in this project to players strike, which was held from 11 to January 25, 2011 in L'Alfas del Pi (Alicante) and which will be second edition between 1 and August 15 next.

85% of all the debts combined bar barca and real is due to the high wages, so if they lower those they will be fine imo

I still didn't get the message, pretty shallow explanation. Is it about debt in general or about income=> expenditure ?

Re: Laliga teams in debt will not be allowed to participate in the league
balance between expenditure(wages, transfer sums etc) and income(your net income)
say villarreal go out on a spending spree and buy players for over 80 mill + pay astronomically high wages to keep most of their important guys such as nilmar, borja etc + they sell very few if any players
and we all know that they dont get very much in income so if you subtract these they will most likely make a loss of a certain sum of money and will have a negative value come the fiscal year<-----------they wont allow that
nor will they allow the drenthe type of situation to happen where he didnt get paid for a couple of montth b/c they didnt have any caash, they will likely go further and further into deep mess if things are to escelate

Re: Laliga teams in debt will not be allowed to participate in the league
So basically, what i meant in the first post. The income has to be greater or equal to the expenditure during a fiscal year Having debt isn't a problem then, making debt is a problemhalamadrid2 wrote:balance between expenditure(wages, transfer sums etc) and income(your net income)

Re: Laliga teams in debt will not be allowed to participate in the league
You feel sorry for Sevilla? I am disappoint.
Meh, not sure about these rules, it seems too easy for a club to get into such debt. So if Barca had a massive transfer splurge and spent 200 million (hypothetically) they would get kicked out of La Liga? Doesnt seem right.
